Assuming they hadn't all been emptied into the Avengers' charity fund or something, which was a suspicion of hers. "But when I'm done here, I think I'm probably gonna go back to LA and help my friends with the heroing stuff full-time. At least for a while."

It didn't occur to her that they might not want to, or that she might change her mind between now and then. That was maybe a problematic oversight.
